Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in property sales and leasing. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, client-focused, and well-versed in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market insight, and the ability to close high-value transactions with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property transactions including buying, selling, and leasing Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors Negotiate offers and finalize deals in accordance with company standards Promote listings through digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns Stay informed about local regulations, pricing strategies, and legal procedures Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing in the UAE Valid UAE real estate license or certification (RERA or equivalent) Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a plus Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
