We're seeking a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record in property sales and leasing. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through complex transactions, offering expert market insights, and delivering exceptional service across Abu Dhabi's dynamic property landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Source and manage property listings across residential and commercial sectors
Conduct market analysis and provide strategic pricing advice
Facilitate property viewings, negotiations, and contract closures
Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
Stay current on UAE real estate laws, trends, and regulatory updates
Use CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.) to manage leads and listings
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and open houses
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in UAE real estate (Abu Dhabi preferred)
Deep understanding of local market dynamics and key communities
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate platforms
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
Multilingual abilities (English required; Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus)
RERA/DLD certification is advantageous
