Responsibilities Include:

Assisting clients interested in acquiring high-end properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi Building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their real estate goals, and delivering customized solutions Supporting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai Developing and maintaining your own network of buyer leads to contribute to company growth Conducting in-depth market research, evaluating projects, and staying informed on market trends Utilizing the company's CRM system for effective task management

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market with strong market knowledge

Expertise in the primary off-plan property market

Demonstrated success in premium off-plan property sales

Native proficiency in Russian / Ukrainian, with fluency in English

Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor Ability to foster strong client relationships Self-driven and proactive approach Positive mindset and eagerness to learn Valid driving license and personal vehicle considered an advantage

Salary:

AED 30,000 to 130,000 per month, including fixed allowances.
