What You'll Be Doing
Handle the full sales journey: leads, client meetings, property tours, negotiations, and closing
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Stay up to date with market trends and PSI's property portfolio
Generate business through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms
Follow up on high-quality company-provided leads
Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with documentation
What We're Looking For
Experience in UAE real estate sales is a plus (
fresh candidates are welcome
)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A goal-oriented mindset and comfort with commission-based earnings
Fluency in Arabic or a European language is an advantage
Knowledge of UAE real estate processes is a plus
Valid UAE driving license preferred
