We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our prestigious restaurant and karaoke club "Molodost\'." The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite desserts and pastries, with a strong background in both traditional and modern techniques. They should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and create innovative dessert and pastry menus that complement our restaurant\'s offerings. - Oversee the production of all baked goods, pastries, and desserts, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. - Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure freshness and availability. - Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials. - Train and mentor pastry kitchen staff in best practices, techniques, and safety protocols. - Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace. - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant or bakery. - Strong knowledge of both traditional and modern pastry techniques. - Proven track record of creating innovative and visually appealing desserts. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Passion for pastry arts and a commitment to excellence.
