Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Specialist to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will provide expert care in the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions. This role combines advanced clinical practice with operational leadership within the orthopedic department.

Key Responsibilities



Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and diseases. Perform complex orthopedic procedures, including joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and trauma-related operations. Manage patient care before and after surgery, ensuring effective recovery and rehabilitation. Lead and supervise clinical staff, maintaining high standards of care within the orthopedic department. Streamline and optimize departmental workflows to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies, maintaining accurate medical records. Contribute to the strategic planning and continuous improvement of the department and the broader healthcare facility.

Requirements



Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in orthopedics. Valid QHCP license. Strong clinical and operational management skills. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards in Qatar. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-focused approach. Experience in both clinical and administrative roles within a healthcare setting in Qatar is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR30,000.00 - QAR50,000.00 per month
