Job Description
Figure Properties is expanding and we are looking for competitive and ambitious real estate applicants. Responsibilities:
- Prospecting clients by calling and emails.
- Proven leasing real estate agent in UAE.
- Taking clients to view the property.
- Understanding client needs and meeting their criteria.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Well presented
- Organized and excellent work ethic.
- Able to bounce back from rejection, and solve problems creatively.
- Open to all nationalities.
- With a valid UAE driving license and own car.
- RERA licensed is a plus.
- Salary and commission structure
- Quality data
- Marketing support on all listing platforms
- Admin and management support
- Employment Visa
- Medical Group Insurance
- Annual Leave and other benefits as per UAE law
- Two (2) days off
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
