Reside Global Immigration Services is seeking an Experienced Immigration Consultant / Processing Specialist with hands-on system processing experience for Canada, Europe (Schengen), and Australia immigration.

If you can navigate IRCC, Schengen, and DHA systems, manage documentation with precision, and respect SOPs, this is your desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Process immigration and visa applications for Canada, Europe (Schengen), and Australia Conduct accurate client eligibility assessments Verify and organize documentation to meet embassy and authority requirements Submit complete applications using IRCC, Schengen, and DHA systems Maintain CRM records, trackers, and timelines for all cases Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and updates Provide clear, accurate updates to clients and management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in Canada, Europe, and/or Australia immigration processing Hands-on experience with system-based processing (IRCC portal, DHA portal, Schengen application portals) Strong documentation, verification, and compliance skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CRM systems Ability to handle multiple applications under tight deadlines Professional communication with a compliance-first mindset

Salary & Benefits:
