to oversee the execution, coordination, and quality control of fire protection system installations across our construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing site teams, coordinating with consultants and civil defense authorities, and ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety standards and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation and commissioning of fire alarm and firefighting systems (sprinklers, pumps, FM-200, extinguishers, etc.).
Coordinate with MEP engineers, consultants, and Civil Defense for approvals and inspections.
Review technical drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
Lead site teams, allocate manpower, and ensure timely completion of fire protection works.
Ensure strict compliance with
NFPA
,
UAE Fire Code
, and project safety protocols.
Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, and handover documentation.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Protection Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in fire fighting and fire alarm system supervision.
Strong knowledge of
NFPA 13, 14, 20, 25, 72
, and UAE Civil Defense regulations.
Proven track record in handling Civil Defense inspections and approvals.
Ability to read IFC/shop drawings and coordinate installation accordingly.
Civil Defense-approved supervisor (preferred).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
