Find and lease residential or commercial properties to tenants. Negotiate terms and rental rates.
Promote available properties through ads, listings, and networking.
Serve as the main contact between property owners and tenants, ensuring satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends and advise owners on competitive pricing.
Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and payments.
Assist with budgeting and ensure rent payments are made on time.
Ensure leases comply with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience in residential leasing and secondary or property management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
must have minimum of 2 years of experience in same field
A valid real estate license is a plus.
Must have car and a driving license.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
