Experienced Female Administrator Cum Student Counsellor-Required for Education Center-Ajman

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Tasks:



Manage front desk: calls, emails, WhatsApp communication with parents and clients Maintain student records, fee follow-ups, schedules, and inventory logs Organize class schedules, exam arrangements, and calendar updates Source supplies and liaise with vendors in a timely, cost-effective manner Assist in documentation and compliance with educational authorities (e.g., SPEA/MOE)

Counselling & Student Support:



Conduct initial student intake and needs assessment Provide academic and career guidance to students and parents Offer basic emotional support and motivation coaching Coordinate between trainers, parents, and students to ensure progress Plan soft-skills sessions or workshops on exam stress, confidence, and communication

Ideal Candidate Should Have:



Bachelor's Degree (Education, Psychology, Business Administration preferred) 2+ years of experience in an education/training institute (preferred) Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Friendly, professional, and well-organized with strong follow-up skills Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality Own Visa Excellent Computer Skills and Ability to take Minutes and tasks efficiently Highly Organized.
6-day work week

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
