Spyrosys Education is a leading training institute in Dubai offering career-focused professional certification and corporate training programs. We are expanding our HR training division and are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our faculty team for
CHRM (Certified Human Resource Manager)
andCHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional)
courses.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging online/live sessions for CHRM and CHRP certification courses. Deliver high-quality lectures, practical case studies, and assessments aligned with course objectives. Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and evaluation methods. Guide and mentor students throughout their learning journey. Coordinate with the academic and operations team for scheduling and feedback management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HRBP, Training & Development, or similar. Priorteaching/training experience
in CHRM/CHRP or other HR certifications preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to teach in an interactive, practical, and engaging manner. Availability for part-time weekend or evening sessions.Preferred Qualifications:
Certified CHRM / CHRP professional or equivalent HR certification. Experience in corporate training or academic institutions in the UAE or GCC region.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From AED100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
