: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Platform Handler to lead our e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various e-commerce platforms to drive growth and maximize sales. Your expertise in e-commerce management, platform optimization, and a focus on achieving tangible results will be essential for our success. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. Manage multiple platforms, including website, online marketplace (AMAZON FBA,FBM-NOON, NAMSHI, SHARAF DG, CARTLOW, SHOPIFY, CARREFOUR, EBAY etc), and mobile applications. Continuously monitor platform performance, identifying and addressing issues promptly. Sales and Revenue Growth:Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth through e-commerce channels. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. User Experience Enhancement:Optimize the user experience on our e-commerce platforms to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion rates. Ensure the platforms are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing. Content and Product Management:Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to ensure accuracy and attractiveness. Implement content and product updates, including launching new products and removing outdated ones. SEO and Marketing Integration:Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO and digital marketing strategies into the e-commerce platforms. Improve search engine rankings, online visibility, and traffic through effective SEO practices. Inventory and Order Management:Coordinate inventory management, stock levels, and order fulfillment processes. Ensure accurate and timely order processing, shipping, and delivery. Customer Support:Provide exceptional customer support through e-commerce platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze platform performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports for management. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements. Security and Compliance:Ensure the security of customer data and compliance with e-commerce regulations and standards.
