Key Responsibilities
Manufacture, construct, and install bespoke wooden items, including furniture, cabinets, doors, and architectural joinery, based on technical drawings and specifications.
Accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, laminates, and related materials using hand tools and power machinery (e.g., table saw, router, planer).
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and sketches to determine material requirements and specifications.
Perform on-site installation, including fitting, alignment, and secure fixing of joinery components at various project locations across the UAE.
Ensure the final product quality meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.
Maintain all tools and equipment in safe and proper working condition.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
as a Carpenter, preferably within a factory or joinery/fit-out environment.
Expertise in
Finishing Carpentry
and/or
Joinery
(furniture and cabinet making).
Thorough knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight production deadlines.
Must be able to read and understand technical drawings and perform accurate measurements.
