We are hiring a skilled and customer-focused Service Adviser to join our well-established workshop.
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service within the automotive industry, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide accurate estimates.
Schedule and coordinate vehicle services and repairs with the workshop team.
Communicate repair status, costs, and completion times to customers.
Prepare job cards and ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers after service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Service Adviser or in a similar automotive customer service role.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy for invoicing and record-keeping.
Punctual, honest, and customer-oriented.
