Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experience Specialist to curate, coordinate, and deliver exceptional experiences for high-value clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury travel, wellness, and lifestyle experiences, with proven skills in client engagement and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales
Consult with individual and corporate clients to understand their lifestyle goals and experience preferences.
Convert leads into sales by offering tailored recommendations.
Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate buyers.
Experience Curation & Operations
Design and customize experience packages across wellness retreats, cultural immersions, adventure escapes, medical tourism, and luxury lifestyle experiences.
Coordinate end-to-end execution, ensuring every booking and itinerary is flawlessly delivered.
Create and maintain operational workflows, SOPs, vendor agreements, and pre-departure documentation.
Vendor & Partner Coordination:
Liaise with local and international vendors, hotels, clinics, fitness providers, and concierge partners to secure and manage bookings with high attention to detail.
Source new partners and experiences to expand TES offerings.
Maintain and update travel inventory, pricing, and partner catalogs.
Execution & Follow-Up
Oversee real-time customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collect post-experience feedback and implement improvements for future programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, wellness program design, or hospitality sales and operations.
Proven ability to sell premium services to discerning clients.
Strong understanding of booking platforms, CRM tools, and operational workflows.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a flair for personalization.
Preferred Attributes:
Multilingual (English plus Arabic, French, Russian, or Hindi is a plus).
Strong network within the wellness, travel, or hospitality industry.

Compensation:
Base salary + performance incentives + experience-based perks (to be discussed based on experience).
