Key Accountabilities . Expeditor candidate shall be with technical background, having knowledge of expediting equipment in Oil & Gas projects. . Shall have a minimum 6 years experience (3 years for Omani National) in procurement & expediting of Equipment like FMS, Separators, pressure vessels, piping skids, ESD valves . UPS, Instrument Control systems, telecom systems etc and other long lead, non-long lead packages including bulk materials for oil & gas projects. . Candidate shall have good coordination skills to manage various parties involved in the project execution like EPC Contractor, Engineering consultants, vendors & In-house project management team. . Shall co-ordinate with relevant internal & external stake holders to complete the Technical evaluation of bids. . Shall organize meetings with vendors, and ensure timely submission of post award vendor deliverables & expedite approvals. . Shall be responsible for Inspection coordination & arranging logistical support for delivery of materials to site. . Good communication skills with proficiency in computer knowledge is essential. . Shall liaise with PC contractors & Vendors for progress updates, variations, delay mitigations vendor payments etc. . Shall be reporting to OQ Project Engineer & Project management team and provide regular updates on project procurement progress, delays, and concerns and discuss delay mitigation plans.
