Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Expeditor to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, and project stakeholders--preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
• Monitor and track the progress of purchase orders and shipments to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and project teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare and maintain expediting reports, delivery status updates, and delay notifications.
• Ensure proper documentation, such as delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices, are received and validated.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose corrective actions.
• Attend internal and supplier meetings to follow up on material readiness and logistics planning.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in expediting/supply chain/logistics, preferably in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics documentation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills to follow up with vendors and resolve delays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
