Wood is currently looking for an Expeditor to strengthen our team in Dubai.

Wood is currently looking for an Expeditor to strengthen our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Expediting of all Project Purchase Orders through to FCA readiness
- Updating system with the Expediting Status of Purchase Orders
- Expediting the engineering team for timely document approvals
- Notifying Supply Chain Focal Points of any potential Schedule Slippages
- Setting Expediting follow up dates in the relevant system
- Checking Field Expediting Manufacturing Schedules
- Liaison with Field Expediting services through the Client\xe2\x80\x99s appointed third-party agency(s), as required
- Receiving Field Expediting Progress Reports and updating the relevant systems
- Issuing Expediting Reports as required by the project
- Bachelors degree preferably in Mechanical/Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years expediting experience in the oil and gas industry
- Detailed knowledge of Materials and Document Expediting Practices
- Previous Middle East experience would be advantageous
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
