Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive immigration counseling to clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the application process.
Conduct sales consultations, addressing inquiries and concerns, and effectively communicating the benefits of our immigration services.
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
Promote and sell our products/services confidently and professionally
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes
Work as part of a high-performing team with a focus on results
Requirements:
Fluency in
Malayalam, Sinhala, Tagalog,
or
Hindi
(must speak at least one fluently)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
