The Senior Executive - Roadshows will play a pivotal role in managing broker events and roadshows, both internationally and locally. They will be responsible for orchestrating events to attract and engage brokers, fostering relationships, and enhancing brand visibility to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Event Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive roadshow strategies aligned with company goals.
Create a detailed roadshows calendar, considering project timelines and geographical locations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of roadshows into overall marketing plans.
2. Event Logistics & Execution:
Lead the planning and execution of roadshows, overseeing venue selection, logistics of marketing materials, and coordination with external vendors.
Ensure flawless on-site execution and manage any issues that may arise during the events.
3. Market Analysis & Insight on Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct ongoing analysis of events upon completion, gathering feedback from the sales team, agents, and hostesses to continuously refine and optimize roadshow strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
