Job Overview
As an Executive - Treasury, you will assist in managing the company's day-to-day treasury functions including payment execution, banking operations, cash reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments and banking partners to ensure timely and compliant transaction processing, while supporting broader automation and system improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cash flow tracking, forecasting, and intercompany fund movement
• Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and credit card refunds
• Coordinate with banks for account openings, documentation, and service requests
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of daily cash and sales collections from stores
• Monitor and manage credit card machines and cash deposit machines (SCDMs) for new outlets
• Maintain and update KYC documentation and banking records
• Prepare daily cash reports, payment summaries, and liquidity statements
• Support treasury-related reporting for month-end closing and financial audits
• Maintain bank-wise payment records and support regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to improve ERP integrations and treasury processes

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance, preferably in a retail or group finance setting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment processing, and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with accuracy and timeliness
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
