The "Executive - Talent Operations Excellence & Analytics" plays a key role in supporting talent process management by handling all HR related activities (onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility...), leading maintenance of employee data along with continuously challenging status quo and implementing operational processes to drive improvements via best practices. This role acts as the engine for the talent department and sits at the center of the talent team connecting the different talent verticals on one side and the business on the other side.

Main Tasks:

A) Technical & Product

  • Handle employment-related inquiries, provide support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise while referring complex and/or sensitive matters to management.
  • Lead on employee onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Assist on talent acquisition related matters.
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Handle internal talent related projects, change management initiatives, and process improvement initiatives at the direction of the internal digital transformation team.
  • Develop and generate reports from single or multiple systems along with processing and maintaining confidential data according to guidelines.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify operational trends, improvement opportunities as well as associated issues and risks.
  • Develop, monitor and own required talent scorecards, reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure talent processes are in compliance with established policies as well as regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for talent internal systems.
  • Support in creating communication and training programs to enable smooth implementation of new systems and proper flow of knowledge to end-users.
B) Business Acumen & Operation Efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Conduct constant quality assurance across all metrics to ensure the businesses are getting accurate visibility.
  • Identify and report to Internal Transformation Lead any anticipated resistance to change.
  • Conduct frequent system performance checks to maximize value, effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
  • Partner with internal digital transformation team to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative manner.
  • Work in an agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities and identify opportunities and risks.
C) Innovative & Analytical Mindset
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to read and analyze workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and redesign that will allow us to accomplish objectives more quickly and at a higher level of efficiency.
  • Support on change management initiatives.

  • Enable business to maximize the value of their data assets through visualizations and reporting tools.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
  • Green Belt - Six Sigma or any HR related certificate is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in HR administration, operations, analytics or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
