Job Opportunity for Executive Support Engineer - IT Service Desk

Role & Responsibilities:

Participate in the provision of services to end users in accordance with the standards and policies of work of the IT Department in coordination with other departments concerned. Contribute to the implementation of services according to the required quality level in a timely manner to achieve high levels of satisfaction among users. Participate in the implementation of periodic maintenance of computers and devices and identify the needs of devices for development and modernization. Participate in installing/reinstalling devices, adding or maintaining ready-made programs for personal computers, and providing technical support on an ongoing basis. Provide support in communicating with users regarding the implementation of guidelines for the use of personal computers and printers in the company. Participate in receiving the reports of breakdowns and working on repairing and maintaining and solving the technical problems faced by the users and contributing to the preparation of the reports of the maintenance operations completed. Provide support in taking precautions and steps to protect devices from viruses and follow-up to protect them to protect information from loss and loss. Participate in the implementation of the work of extending the local networks and adding their specifications and definition in the main network system. Education & Skills:

6+ years of similar experience. Diploma degree in General / Computer Studies. HDI Certification Network + - A+ - MCSA - ITIL 3.0 - CCNA. Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic. Knowledge of IT asset policies. Knowledge of the technical specifications of the systems. Managing training and evaluation activities. Developing and implementing plans for the maintenance of computers and devices. Familiar with the quality standards of service provision. Knowledge of computer and hardware maintenance solutions. Familiarity with the use of virus protection software. Knowledge of network systems, specifications and definition. Familiarity with personal computer software and updates. Familiarity with technical problems solutions for electronic devices.
