Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Culinary in leading daily kitchen operations across outlets and services
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine with refined presentation and taste
• Oversee food preparation, production planning, and service execution to luxury standards
• Lead, train, and motivate culinary teams to maintain performance, discipline, and creativity
• Drive menu development, recipe standardization, and innovative culinary concepts
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Monitor food cost, wastage, portion control, and inventory management
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth kitchen workflows
• Support banquet and special event culinary requirements with precision and timeliness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
• Act as a role model for professionalism, leadership, and brand standards

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or senior sous chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
• Strong culinary background with expertise across multiple cuisines and service styles
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of food cost control, inventory, and operational efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Passion for culinary excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
