Assist the Executive Chef in planning menus, recipes, and food presentation
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper food preparation and cooking standards
Ensure compliance with
food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and sanitation regulations
Monitor food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation
Manage inventory, food cost control, and minimize wastage
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen team members
Coordinate with purchasing and store departments
Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
Ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen
Maintain accurate records and reports as required
