The Qualitative Executive (RE), is responsible for the execution, and managing Qual projects. He/she will be expected to maintain client relationships through quality servicing with guidance from manager, contributing to the team success. Expectation of a RE includes:
Assisting the Qualitative team in preparation, execution and delivery of projects.
Responsible for day-to-day interaction with operation team to ensure a smooth run of the project
Full responsibility and dedication to meet the project timelines and exceeding client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
Show eagerness in learning and mastering the qual methodologies and approaches
Showcase analytical and interpretive skills
Participate in regular review/feedback of systems, procedures and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving productivity and cost efficiency
Perform other related functions that may be assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a must. Marketing/Psychology/ Anthropology background will be a plus
1 year experience in qualitative, however, not a must (We welcome fresh graduates who showcase analytical mindset during the interviewing process)
Proactive with the ability to build strong client relationships
Fair analytical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Fluency (verbal and written) in English is essential (Arabic will be a great plus)
Ability to work under stress and tight timeline
Team player and ready to collaborate with others.
