As a Secretary you will assume the duty of: \xef\x82\xb7Answering phone calls and redirect them as & when necessary \xef\x82\xb7Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms \xef\x82\xb7Undertake Receptionist duties Develop and maintain a filing system \xef\x82\xb7Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders \xef\x82\xb7Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports \xef\x82\xb7Develop and maintain a filing system \xef\x82\xb7Make travel arrangements \xef\x82\xb7Maintain Good Housekeeping & Pantry Functions \xef\x82\xb7Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda for Senior Management and arrange new meetings and appointments \xef\x82\xb7File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners \xef\x82\xb7Clerical and administrative support to other team members in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office \xef\x82\xb7Assisting colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information \xef\x82\xb7Document expenses and hand in reports \xef\x82\xb7Any other assignment given by Management based on your skills and capabilities.
