Job Description

We are looking for Female Executive Secretary/ Personal Assistant Manage and ensure the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office run effectively and efficiently. Schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary for CEO. To develop and implement effective systems of administration, finance and information record-keeping. To provide relevant information to individuals and groups and to ensure that good standards are maintained in all communications with the staffs. To ensure that all information is effectively recorded and shared with the approval from CEO. To attend meetings, take minutes and record the same and post it to the respective person on the instruction of the CEO. To perform the reasonable duties as assigned by CEO. To be flexible in approach to work and undertake any other duties that may be required with the remit of the organization. Managing daily accounting requirements and preparing monthly accounting reports. Proper filing of all the necessary documents as per the procedure.
