An outstanding opportunity awaits a skilled and organized Executive Secretary to join a reputable organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting management, and ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the management team.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and official correspondence.
  • Prepare detailed reports, internal memos, and professional communications.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and coordinate with visitors efficiently.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and organized filing systems.
  • Plan and support meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Ensure the smooth running of all daily administrative functions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of UAE experience in a similar Executive Secretary or Secretary role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
