An International manufacturing company wishes to recruit a native Hindi/Tagalog speaking female candidate with three years of experience in providing administrative services to the higher management.
Roles / Responsibilities:
Manage the MD\'s complex calendar / Schedule and arrange meetings, including local and overseas travel bookings /hotel accommodation, medical appointment ,etc Filing and documentation.
Monitor tasks delegated by the MD and ensure that the completed work is achieved.
Monitor documents and ensure, timely renewals of medical insurance, vehicles renewals and other designated tasks.
Payments of utility bills, client gifts and handling bill reimbursements.
Prepare power point presentation / minutes of meetings / memos, etc
Monitor mails and handle couriers Document & file Management with high confidentiality.
Handling stationery requests etc. All Front desk & other delegated duties.
Communication skill: Fluent in English & proficient in MS Office .
Other Skills & Knowledge: Multi-tasking / Working under pressure will be added assets. Should be Willing to take initiative & work independently, comfortable working out of office hours as well.
