We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary with strong knowledge of banking procedures to provide administrative and financial support. The ideal candidate will assist with daily office operations, banking coordination, and confidential documentation while ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative and secretarial duties
Handle banking transactions, coordination with banks, and follow-ups
Prepare and maintain financial, banking, and confidential documents
Assist with account-related paperwork, cheques, and payment processing
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare correspondence
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Liaise with management, banks, and external parties professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of banking procedures and financial documentation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in banking, finance, or corporate administration
Familiarity with UAE banking processes (if applicable)
