Job Description

to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations. The ideal candidate will hold a

Bachelor's degree

Accounting

, and possess strong organizational, communication, and basic financial skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Prepare, organize, and maintain files and records Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking Draft reports, memos, and documents as required Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality of company information
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree required (Accounting preferred) Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is an advantage Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Skills

Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude
