Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence. Demonstrate presentation skills to conduct official conferences and meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion. Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical). Explore new business opportunities locally and internationally. Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication skills during presentations and meetings. Assist in preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and managing office resources. Coordinate and support executive-level meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups. Assist in client communications and relationship management.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle high-stress situations. Familiarity with Qatari and Middle Eastern business culture and etiquette is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Post Graduation is mandatory. Willingness to travel frequently. Fluent in English, European Languages, and Hindi. Arabic knowledge is an advantage. Age Limit: 25-30 years.
