Job Description

Schedule Management

: Organize and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.

Communication Handling

: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, often acting as a liaison between the executive and other stakeholders.

Meeting Coordination

: Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Travel Arrangements

: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Document Preparation

: Create, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Record Keeping

: Maintain organized files and records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
