We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Secretary to provide exceptional administrative and executive support to our CEO.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Organize and oversee complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
Draft, review, and format reports, presentations, and business documents with a high level of accuracy.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Anticipate the CEO's needs and ensure seamless daily operations and workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role supporting top-level management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
