Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support projects and assist with research and data preparation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2-5 years experience as an Executive Secretary/Assistant.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive.
