Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, approval, travel arrangements, and conferences, while prioritizing tasks and resolving conflicts.
Handle correspondence, such as drafting, proofreading, and distributing emails, memos, reports, letters, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, visitors, and inquiries, directing them appropriately and managing confidential information with integrity.
Prepare financial documents like expense reports, invoices, and statements; negotiate with vendors for supplies; and maintain office inventory.
Conduct research, compile data, and generate reports or presentations to support executive decision-making.
Organize files, databases, and records systematically, ensuring easy access and compliance with organizational policies.
Coordinate special projects, events, or initiatives as assigned, including board meetings and international travel logistics.
