We are looking for a dependable and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to our leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a mix of strategic projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring priorities are managed smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and scheduling support to senior executives.
Coordinate projects across departments, tracking progress and following up on deliverables.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings.
Organize meetings, company events, and travel logistics.
Serve as a communication bridge between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
Maintain organized records and manage confidential information with discretion.
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
5+ years
of experience supporting senior management or coordinating cross-functional projects.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tools
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
