The role involves handling day-to-day administrative duties, assisting with basic accounting tasks, and managing business communications on behalf of the CEO. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of dealing professionally with clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize daily administrative and secretarial tasks efficiently.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the CEO.
Draft, review, and send business communication and official letters on the CEO's behalf.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client interactions for senior management.
Serve as the point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
Assist with accounting tasks
Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and internal departments for smooth business operations.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and client data.
Perform general administrative duties to support management as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1
year of experience
in a similar role.
Understanding of
basic accounting principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
