Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to Director. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, prepare reports, handle confidential information, and act as a liaison between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to executive management, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain and organize confidential files and records. Manage calendars, screen calls, and prioritize communications. Coordinate and follow up on projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Serve as a point of contact between executives and employees or clients. Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-ups. Monitor and order office supplies; liaise with vendors and service providers as needed. Assist with budgeting and expense tracking. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
