We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Executive Secretary
to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports, handling confidential correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience in an executive support role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong typing, filing, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic or other languages an advantage).
Ability to draft professional emails, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
