Executive Secretary

Job Summary:



Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, communications, and travel logistics.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Manage executive calendars, correspondence, and document preparation.

Travel Management:

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visas.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison between executives and clients, drafting and managing communications.

Office Management:

Oversee office supplies, assist with event planning, and maintain organized files.

Project Assistance:

Support special projects through research, data compilation, and report preparation.

Requirements:



Experience:



Minimum 2 years in an Executive Secretary role. Mandatory experience in travel management. Travel-related courses are Mandatory

Skills:



Proficient in MS Office. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Executive Secretary: 3 years (Preferred)
