The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the General Manager at CNS Middle East. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support strategic initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the GM's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Act as the point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders
Support in preparation of executive-level documentation and project tracking
Attend meetings and take minutes as necessary
Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and board meetings
Manage filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date
Monitor and follow up on tasks and deadlines on behalf of the GM
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum requirement is a Diploma or higher; a Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
Experience:
At least 5 years of administrative experience supporting executives is required; experience in a transformation project environment is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, effective time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Preferred skills include advanced PowerPoint and reporting capabilities, along with basic project management knowledge.
