Job Description

:
  • The Executive Secretary provides high-level:
  • Administrative support
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Communication and Liaison
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Office Management
  • Project Assistance
  • Handle ad hoc requests and perform other duties as assigned by the executive
  • Support other team members or departments as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar role supporting senior executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
