Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for Business Development & Administrative duties. \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain executive\xe2\x80\x99s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. \xe2\x80\x93 Attend meetings and keep minutes. \xe2\x80\x93 Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate. \xe2\x80\x93 Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). \xe2\x80\x93 Make travel arrangements for executives. \xe2\x80\x93 Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. \xe2\x80\x93 Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders. \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. \xe2\x80\x93 Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned. \xe2\x80\x93 Draft official agreements and contracts.
Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 3 years of experience in handling business development, administrative, and secretarial duties. \xe2\x80\x93 Education: MBA. \xe2\x80\x93 Age: Below 28 years. \xe2\x80\x93 Must be immediately available to join, preferably on visit visa or cancelled employment visa. \xe2\x80\x93 Female candidates only.
