We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Personal Secretary / Executive Secretary
to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and meeting documents
Coordinate meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements
Maintain organized records and confidential files
Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external parties
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
Personal Secretary / Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience
Preferably Filipna , Arabs
Experience working with senior management
Arabic language skills (advantage)
Valid
Qatar ID with transferable sponsorship
(preferred)
