Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the GM / BDD
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare, review, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents
Handle internal and external communications professionally on behalf of management
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic) and manage confidential records
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Assist in business development documentation, proposals, and reports when required
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of management tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Minimum
3 years of experience
as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to senior management
Excellent command of
English
(Arabic is an advantage)
Strong proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
