Detailed Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and emails
Handle filing, documentation, and correspondence
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Maintain communication between management and internal departments
Screen phone calls and emails
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
Assist with preparation of business reports and spreadsheets
Ensure confidentiality in all matters
Requirements
1-2 years GCC secretarial experience
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
