The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to executives in Alfardan Automobiles, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.
Job Responsibility:
Manage executive schedules, including arranging appointments, travel, and accommodation
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
Maintain executive filing system and databases
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role
Proficient in MS Office and office management software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
